- How do you make the best tea in Ireland ? fist you have to get a pack of the best loose leaf tea in Ireland. Mrs Doyle's decent Irish tea !
- Fill the pot with water, then wait until the water boils. If you’ll going to be doing it the proper way using a decent Irish tea pot then great, so now its time to add some of the boiled water to the teapot to heat it and then rinse the pot so its nice and warm .
- Next add one or two large teaspoons of fresh loose leaf Mrs Doyle's decent Irish tea per teapot. Now add the boiling water from the kettle to the teapot and steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Here's the bit that some differ on, milk first or after you pour it to the tea cup? Mrs Doyle's way is to fill 1/3 of the tea cup with milk or cream! i know it's but it's her way, and well if you are making a pot of Irish loose leaf tea, Mrs Doyle always adds a little milk and sugar to the heated pot first, its her way not every ones !
- Now its time to pour the strong decent Irish tea which you must make sure has steeped no longer than five minutes to each cup or teapot. Also if you are using loose leaf tea most definitely pour the tea through a tea-strainer into the teacup which contains milk, and well if you have a sweet tooth then add a little sweetener to your taste.
