Citrus Earl Grey Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 4 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Juice of 1 large orange
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
- Lemon and orange slices for garnish
- Additional thyme sprigs for garn
Instructions:
1. Brew the Tea:
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add the Earl Grey tea bags, and allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.

- While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until it's fully dissolved.

- Remove the thyme sprigs, then refrigerate the tea until it's thoroughly chilled.
5. Assemble the Mocktail:
- Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled tea mixture over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.
6. Add Sparkle:
- Top off each glass with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
7. Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with slices of lemon, orange, and a sprig of thyme to enhance the flavor and add visual appeal.
