Irish Loose Leaf Tea Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons loose-leaf Irish black tea
- 2 cups hot water
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sparkling water (for a fizzy finish)
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices & fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Brew the Tea:
- Steep 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf Irish black tea in 2 cups of hot water (around 200°F/93°C) for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain and let the tea cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
2. Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large glass or shaker, combine chilled tea, fresh orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well.
3. Add Some Sparkle:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the tea mixture over it.
