Well only organic compost is used so that each organic plantation can support a sustainable ecosystem, perfect biodiversity! and each organic tea plantation implements a system of biodynamic agriculture practices, which include careful preparation of the soil, using only biologic pesticides or pest eliminating fauna, and sure there's the planting of dandelion, chamomile and similar plants which enhance soil life. So Mrs Doyle can assure you that abosutley no pesticides or insecticides were used in the cultivation of any of Mrs Doyle's Organic teas .

Mrs Doyle makes sure that all the tea plantations she works with to grow her great organic teas comply with the best standards and what might you ask are they? well EU regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the commision regulation (EC) No 889/2008 form a uniform basis of the cultivation, processing, storing, labelling and selling of organically produced foods.
