Need to Chill-Out ? try Mrs Doyle's Chill-Out tea Cocktail
How to make ?
4 cups of boiling water, add 2 tea spoons of minty green tea or 4 minty green tea bags , steep for 10 minutes , strain , refrigerate for 3 hours , add ice and a little honey, if you are sweet ! and 1 or 2 spoons of lime juice, stir and add 1/2 cup of sparkling water, squeeze mint sprig and add to glass , garnish with half a lime slice...and enjoy
