How to make Mrs Doyle's Irish Christmas tea toddy
DIRECTIONS
- Put two tablespoons of Mrs Doyle's Irish whiskey Tea in the pot , pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes to brew
- Add a little ginger, some cardamom, cinnamon, lemon slices. Let it all sit for about 7 more minutes .
- Take out the spices with a little strainer.
- And Go on add honey if you are not sweet enough already

Irish Christmas Chai With Maca
what's in it ?
- 1 cup water
- 2 spoons of Mrs Doyle's Bollywood chai tea blend
- 2 tbs. maca powder
- 1 tbs. Canadian maple syrup
- 1 cup whole milk or nondairy milk
- Orange peel or maybe a freshly ground cardamom for garnish
How to make
- Bring the water to a simmer and add the Bollywood chai in a strainer or open tea bag
- Simmer for 5 minutes and remove the Bollywood tea in the strainer or tea bag ,
- Whisk in the maca powder, and maple syrup and milk.
- Simmer until slightly thickened .
- Serve warm, garnished with a twist of orange peel or a maybe a little ground cardamom.

- Fill the pot with water, then wait until the water boils. If you’ll going to be doing it the proper way using a decent Irish tea pot then great, so now its time to add some of the boiled water to the teapot to heat it and then rinse the pot so its nice and warm .
