Ras el Hanout is a famous spice blend made of up to 30 different, ground spices and goes really well with so many dishes from all around the world. The pomegranate in this particular blend works great with this very aromatic spice blend. Ras el Hanout blend is a fantastic combination of spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, chili, rose and aniseed, and will therefore help unite hot, spicy, and sweet flavours.
