Mrs Doyle's organic Chun Mee tea has a really lovely taste with a tangy aroma accompanied by slight sweetness. The first cup of this tea is strong, and the second cup is a much milder brew.

How to make ?

 5-10 minutes
 80° C
 3-4 heaped tblsp./1 litre
