This Chamomile is mild and 100% pure Chamomile blossom. The whole heads of the flowers are used so you get a sweet, honey-golden cup. Our chamomile is a fine grade and is the perfect drink before bed time , it helps calm and soothing the mind and body so it's a great natural sleep remedy.
How to make :
5-10 minutes brewing time
100° C water temperature
4-5 heaped tsp./1 litre
