You have the right to return your order up to 7 working days following  receipt of your goods. Mrs Doyle will of course be devastated but she will of course understand. 

You will receive a full refund as well as postage, if applicable, if the charges were levied with your original order ,and it is returned in full. 
The order must be returned in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the total price or replace the product. The Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of Faulty, damage or incorrect items having been sent to you. This will not affect your statutory rights.

 If the returns are for something other than defective products then returns outside this time frame above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Mrs Doyle.

You should inform us if you wish to cancel an older ASAP as Mrs Doyle and her Lovely girls pride themselves in their speedy dispatch, so basically it’s easier to sort this out before your order has left the island.

Availability of Mrs Doyle's Teas and Gifts

Mrs Doyle is hands on at all times and the lovely girls have set up a technology system that automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, however you should keep in mind that acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Mrs Doyle will endeavor to keep stock of all items on her website, however she cannot guarantee it. Therefore, Mrs Doyle’s lovely girls will acknowledge receipt of your order. Mrs Doyle is not creating a binding obligation to supply the items you have ordered but which she may not have in stock. Also you should note that designs on some accessory items may vary, according to supply.

Mrs Doyle will in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, advise you of the position as soon as she receives your order and Mrs Doyle’s lovely girls will await your subsequent instructions.

Prices

All prices are in Euros or UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. You should note that there is presently no VAT on loose leaf tea.

Mrs Doyle is all for supporting cafes, restaurants, hotels, delis. The lovely girls will supply Mrs Doyle’s wholesale specialty teas and tea accessories for foodservice and retail outlets on request. Call Mrs Doyle or one of her Girls and ask for a price list and Mrs Doyle will be pleased to recommend her best sellers.
