Mrs Doyle has selected broken teas from Assam and Sumatra to form the base of her famous Mrs Doyle's English breakfast tea.
This is a powerful English tea, totally aromatic, with a dark, copper-brown cup, giving a full, spicy bouquet.
Mrs Doyle loves this tea with milk or cream, and a couple of pieces of rock sugar, well maybe leave out the sugar if you can!
