Mrs Doyle found this tea growing in southeastern China near the river Yangtze. In China, Chun Mee tea is very popular and its tradition is very old. Chun mee tea has influenced the western tea lover's idea of loose leaf green tea for many years. Chun Mee means "valuable brow", and the leaf is in the shape of the eyebrow of a classical Chinese princess.

Mrs Doyle's organic Chun Mee tea has a really lovely taste with a tangy aroma accompanied by slight sweetness. The first cup of this tea is strong, and the second cup is a much milder brew.
