Sri Lanka is where Mrs Doyle goes to see the stars and feel at one with the universe and the higher you climb the closer you get to the Bogawantalwa Valley in the UVA region in Western Sri Lanka. This fertile plantation, which is located at an altitude of between 1,000 m and 1,300 m, is famous for its high quality, organic black tea.

The leaves are short, wiry, even and dark to rusty brown and this helps develop a bright, copper-colored cup so giving a bright-red infusion.

The bouquet is a full taste and a mild spicy aroma, which leaves a lovely rich aftertaste.

Ingredients: Organic Loose-Leaf Ceylon Tea.
