The Hathikuli Tea Estate cultivates really pretty teas on one of the largest certified organic cultivation areas in the Assam Valley, south of the River Bramaputhra.
Mrs Doyle selected the best organic Assam tea after sampling almost every tea in Assam, she selected this lovely tea, because it convinced her with its very pretty, rough look and its slightly bread-like flavour.
Mrs Doyle's Assam tea has a glowing copper colored cup and has a strong and spicy scent and is a little malty and has a slightly bread-like flavor.
